About Constitution Heights Metropolitan District
Constitution Heights Metropolitan District has an existing mill levy of 24.000 mills obligated to pay off debt (see annual report). As of now, there is no discussion of future mill levies. The current maturity date is December 1, 2049, and no increases or decreases are anticipated.
There are no additional long-term financial obligations currently anticipated. Below is a summary of outstanding long-term financial obligations:

The Constitution Heights Metropolitan District main function is to collect tax revenue to pay off the current Long Term Debt and design and construct water and sewer lines for the Cherokee Metropolitan District and all necessary drainage facilities within the District Boundaries. At this time, the District is not anticipating providing any other primary functions.
