Ellston Park Metropolitan District Technology Accessibility Statement
Ellston Park Metropolitan District is committed to providing equitable access to our services to all Coloradans.

Our ongoing accessibility effort works towards being in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, level AA criteria. These guidelines not only help make technology accessible to users with sensory, cognitive and mobility disabilities, but ultimately to all users, regardless of ability.

Our efforts are just part of a meaningful change in making the District’s services inclusive and accessible. We welcome comments on how to improve our technology’s accessibility for users with disabilities and for requests for accommodations to any District services.

About the District

Ellston Park Metropolitan District does not yet levy any Mills against the property. Mills will be levied for the purpose of repayment of Debt, which is anticipated to fund public infrastructure, and for Operations and Maintenance.

At this time, there are no Long-Term Financial Obligations; however, as Debt is issued, it will be posted here.

The primary functions of the Ellston Park Metropolitan District is to collect tax revenue for repayment of Long-Term Debt, provide covenant enforcement and architectural review, facilitate trash service, and provide ongoing operations and maintenance for the District, including but not limited to, landscape maintenance. At this time, the District does not anticipate providing any additional primary functions.

The District does not yet own any real property.

Ellston Park is located west of North Chestnut Street between West Fillmore Road and Vondelpark Drive in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS §§ 1-13.5-501; 1-13.5-303 C.R.S.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and particularly to the electors of the Ellston Park Metropolitan District (“District”) of El Paso County, Colorado.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a regular election will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. At that time, two (2) directors will be elected to serve a four-year term and four (4) directors will be elected to serve a two-year term.
Self-Nomination and Acceptance forms are available from Sarah H. Luetjen, the Designated Election Official for the District, via email: sluetjen@cegrlaw.com. Self-Nomination and Acceptance forms must be filed with the Designated Election Official for the District by 5:00 p.m. at the above email address not less than 67 days prior to the election (Friday, February 28, 2025).
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that applications for absentee ballots may be filed with the Designated Election Official of the District at the above email address during normal business hours, until 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday immediately preceding the election (Tuesday, April 29, 2025). All absentee ballots must be returned to the Designated Election Official by 7:00 p.m. on election day.
